We offer support by email to our customers through . Email support is staffed during office hours 8.00 am to 4.00 pm central European time (CET).

To handle your request as quickly as possible, please provide the following information in your email:

  • Username
  • Destination mobile numbers for your request, if applicable
  • Date and time the message was sent, if applicable
  • Cell phone type/model, if applicable

Please also provide any other information that may be relevant for your request. We will answer your email as soon as possible.

24 hour telephone support - SLA

We offer 24 hour telephone support for customers with a valid Service Level Agreement (SLA) with PSWinCom.
